About Me

I am, for the record, a girl who drinks beer in a bottle, loves steak and potatoes, believes in the right to carry a gun, can drive a stick shift, understands odds at a sports book, can ride a horse, rope a dummy calf, has a masters degree in business, takes naps while watching NASCAR and plays poker...in heels. Flip flops. Cowboy boots.

I was 28 when I found out my husband of 3.5 years was having an affair via an anonymous letter sent to my house and work.

Life hit the reset button. I decided to figure out what I wanted. Where I wanted to be. I moved back home. Closer to my family and began again. Rebuilding my life.

This is my journey forward.
