MX took my first offer.
He's taking the house.
I get to move on.
It will finally be over.
His closing should be in about 30 days.

Okay, I don't dance. But if I were to suddenly feel the need to burst into a dance of the heart a la Tenley from The Bachelor/Bachelor Pad; this would be my moment.
