This has been an amazing week.
I have a great weekend planned.
But right now I am about to climb the walls.
MX hasn't made his transfer for his share of the mortgage, gas or electric. The mortgage pays tomorrow.
We keep a minimal balance in the account. Unless he makes his transfer there won't be enough funds there.
I keep a minimal balance in my checking as the majority is kept in savings for the interest rate. Of course it takes 2 days to transfer.
He has until midnight.
If he doesn't do it, after countless emails and texts, I am not sure what happens. I have never had this issue before.
Technically the mortgage isn't due until Monday but its scheduled to pay on the 28th and because of that being a Sunday it pays tomorrow. Its too far along to cancel.
At a complete and total loss.
Please house, sell.
Your payment isn't late until after the 15th of the month. Doesn't effect your credit until 30 days late. Take a deep breath, ask the fool what his plan is. Enjoy your weekend and trust that you will be out of this nightmare shortly!
